Maybelline Express Finish "Blushing Bride"

Good afternoon!

Hope you are having a relaxing weekend.

On my hands I have Maybelline Express Finish "Blushing Bride." It is a sheer color, and for my skin tone, it is nude. Since it has yellow undertones, I did not particularly find this to be a favorite of mine because it makes my nails appear yellow tinted. If three coats are applied, it looks very fake and plastic-y (it seemed as if there was plastic on my nails). Although it is a sheer color, it can be built up into an opaque coverage, but that will require many coats. The formula is very thin and watery. I like to have more consistency in my nail polishes.
On the bottle, it says it can dry in 50 seconds. Be aware of this! Just because it can "dry" in 50 seconds, it can still easily smudge. To be on the safe side, wait two minutes in between coats, and before going out to do normal activities, wait at least 30 minutes.

Below, I have on two coats:

Ulta "Encore Pink"

Happy Easter!!!

I felt this was a nice spring color! Whenever I see this color, I automatically think spring!

Encore Pink is a pastel colored pink, yet not so pastel. It has a bit more pink in it which makes it a shade darker then a true pastel.

I applied two coats, which came out very nicely. It is opaque and the formula was perfect. It was a little streaky on the first coat, but it can be fixed by applying a second coat.

Ulta is a beauty superstore. They have their own brand of cosmetics and hair tools available for purchase. This nail polish is $5, but if you have an Ulta Club Card, the nail polish is about $2.99.

The color of the nail polish on my hands is very similar to the color in the bottle. Also, the color stays true in outdoor and indoor lighting.
